Physical quantities

Do you need tools for measuring electrical or nonelectrical quantities, reading voltage, currents, radiation, pressure, temperature, tensile stress values? We can supply you with a measuring device equipped with special sensors according to your requirements. Integral part of the measuring ecosystem is operational software for setting and calibration of different sensors and devices.

Measuring of physical quantities is an automized modular system performing wireless measuring of physical quantities in open or closed environments. It consists of three basic components:

  • measuring sensors,
  • NB-IoT main control unit (busbar),
  • Typhoon IoT Panel monitoring software.

Typhoon IoT Panel monitoring software is a universal web interface for administration and monitoring of different devices. It allows data monitoring in real time and presentation of statistics and analytic dashboards.

Solution benefits:

  • suitable for hospitals, research centers, manufacturing or logistics
  • wide scale of measurements
  • variability – different sensors for measuring of wide range of quantities
  • simple scalability – modular system
  • wireless communication sensor/control unit
  • transparent administration and monitoring software

Measured quantities and basic features:

measuring of temperature

  • one internal and up to three external sensors
  • accuracy ± 0,1 °C (depends on type of sensor)
  • possibility of meteorological calibration
  • sensors SHT31, DS18B20, Pt100, Pt1000, NTC, thermowells

measuring of humidity

  • internal or external sensor SHT31
  • typical accuracy ± 2% RH

sensors for other quantities – measuring of differential pressure, radiation, etc.

  • digital communication with external sensor via UART, I2C, Dallas 1-wire interfaces
  • impulse inputs (possibility to connect water/electric meters, etc.)
  • 16-bit sigma-delta ADC – measuring of analog quantities (voltage, current, impedance, etc.)

data sampling and sending via NB-IoT network

  • sampling interval typically 1 min (adjustable from 1 sec)
  • interval of regular data transfer typically 2 hours (adjustable from 2 hours)

continuous control of predefined value range surpassing in the sensor

  • two-range control (warning, alarm), adjustable detection lag
  • during warning or alarm set-off, a special notice is sent and alarm is signaling visually (red LED) and acoustically (piezo)

online configuration or local configuration using control buttons and display
